Maria Sharapova was a former Russian tennis star who played on the WTA Tour between 2001 and 2010. She has lived in the US for the past 20 years, but competed professionally on behalf of Russia. Aside from being World No. Sharapova will be remembered as the woman who held the Grand Slam for a career and was World No.
In the trophy cabinet of the 33-year old, she will also have the silver medal that she won at 2012 London Olympic Games. Sharapova’s career spanned almost two decades and has earned her $180 million. We’ll just have to wait and watch what Sharapova has planned for her life after retirement.

Dwyane walked away from the NBA in 2019 with a bang after a 16-year career. Wade scored his fifth triple-double in his career and retired like a boss. Wade won three NBA titles during his first 13 seasons with Miami Heat. He then played for Chicago Bulls for one year and Cleveland Cavaliers a further year before returning to Miami Heat.
Wade, a 13-time NBA All-Star, has seen his net worth soar over the years. It now stands at $170 million. Wade was a professional basketball player and endorsements were one of his main income sources.
