One of the things that people enjoy about camping is the ability to get back to the basics when cooking. But that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor when cooking on a campfire. Add rosemary to the coals for a simple camping hack to give your food a little extra flavor.
We can marinate meat quickly while it is cooking by bringing rosemary with us. Start by lighting your fire, allowing the coals turn gray and then grabbing your rosemary sprigs and scattering them over the coals. Add your meat and vegetables as usual, stoking up the fire every now and again to add more flavor.
