55. Pool noodles can be used to make the guylines of campers more visible.
The pool noodles have a seemingly endless list of uses, including keeping people safe at the campsite. It’s especially useful if you have children or are clumsy. Many people have fallen and tripped on the guylines that hold our tents up over the years.
You might want to bring some pool noodles along with you if you want your tent to stay up for the duration of your trip. Invest in pool noodles that are drilled in the middle to allow them to slide easily over the guylines. They should now be visible after sundown.
