11. An Affected Immune System
The body’s immune system responds to any infection. This is the reason why a fever can be the first sign of many different infections. You may have a condition that affects your immune system if you are sick more than usual. If you also show other symptoms, such as discharge, then you should consult a doctor immediately.
In just a few short days, a compromised immune system could turn bacterial vaginal infection into something much more serious. It may even make it easier to get more dangerous infections which can penetrate deeper into your body.
