A man was captured on camera while being towed behind a car during a local Detroit newscast. The skier entered the footage as Jim Fouts was being interviewed by the Warren, Michigan mayor about the dangerous driving conditions caused by a storm.
The mayor did not hesitate to comment, predicting the skier’s ticket would be issued if there was a policeman in the vicinity. The skier and car were pulled over by police shortly after.
