The Most Expensive News Fails and Bloopers in History

73. The Classic Grape Stomp Fail

Year: 2008
Network: FOX5

Melissa Sander, a reporter for WAGA-TV, Atlanta, Georgia had a grape-stomping mishap. Sander, who was demonstrating to viewers how to compete in a grape-stomping contest, fell and shouted “Ow, Ow, Ow, Stop, Stop, Stop!”

The hosts of the show showed professionalism by refusing to laugh and showing only concern for their colleague. Sander was unfortunate because the video clip became viral very quickly. Sander’s mistake was seen by millions of people around the world on Youtube. Always watch your steps, especially when you are making wine live on television.
