Mark Tamayo, a meteorologist for KTVU FOX 2 in Los Angeles, was joined unexpectedly by a bird who hopped on the lens of the weather camera and stayed there for part of the segment. Tamayo tried to continue with the forecast but couldn’t help but be amazed by the amazing wildlife shot that the team’s “eye in the sky” provided.
The bird looked down without knowing it and continued its work. Tamayo, on the other hand, was so pleasantly stunned by the interruption he said he’d need extra time to finish his forecast. This particular incident was not disrupted by the unexpected appearance of an animal during a live news report.
