The Most Expensive News Fails and Bloopers in History

104. Do you need me to turn you on?

Year: 2022
WGN Network:WGN

Sarah Jindra was unable to be heard during a live traffic update because her microphone had malfunctioned. Jindra’s colleague asked her, in an inappropriate and joking manner, “Do you want me to turn you ON?” He was referring to her microphone but his tone wasn’t professional.

Jindra was unable to contain her frightened reaction, and said, “That’s so creepy!” Sarah’s anchor appeared onscreen and gave her his microphone. This was, it seems, his original intention. This blooper was shared on social media by many people who found it hilarious.
