Strange Behaviour
Austin and Officer Patrick Stevenson approached the dog, which was panting in the grass. Bystanders kept a safe distance. Patrick was initially confused as to why so many people had reported this strange dog behavior.
He heard the dog whimpering. The animal started howling as the noise became louder. Patrick noticed that the dog was making noises and biting a bag close to its mouth as they got closer.
