Scooby-Doo is the first thing that comes to mind when we think of Great Danes. The lovable and cowardly dog of Mystery Inc. The dog is lovable in real life but you should avoid getting on its bad side. The Great Dane may have a majestic name, but it is also one of the most dangerous dog breeds.
Great Danes are large dogs that can be frightening. They grow to 86 cm and weigh 200 pounds. Some Great Danes have mauled people. One such incident was in 2003 when a dog killed a toddler from South Carolina. Yikes!
